PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

ABANOS offers a variety of solutions for various projects, with a diverse range of experience and delivery methods. Early contractor involvement can provide significant benefits, including input on methodology, value engineering, cost planning, and design. A Pre-Construction Service Agreement ensures thorough costing and planning, ensuring no surprises during project delivery and certainty in design, end product, and cost.

DESIGN & BUILD

Our pre-construction services are based on our extensive experience in Design & Build contracts, understanding industry risks, and partnering with consultants to deliver robust solutions to time, cost, and quality for our clients.

MAINTENANCE AND RENOVATION WORKS

Abanos is well established for maintenance and renovation works as for reconstructions. We are very familiar with the limitations of working on live buildings and the difficulties faced in such projects. We do utilize our experienced staff, testing technologies (GPR, Concrete scanning, detectors, Paint Testers, etc..) to execute our projects in a safe manner, with quality and as fast as reasonably possible to reduce disturbance to building occupants.

INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS

Abanos is fully familiar and have completed several infrastructure works for EULEN & EFM during the past few years. This experience allowed Abanos to be familiar with Etisalat Quality Standards and helped building a wide base of suppliers essential to complete the tasks in timely manner and with high quality levels.

POWER WORKS

Abanos, in collaboration with approved contractors, has successfully completed and obtained acceptance on antennas-associated power works, including supply and installation of distribution boards, earthing, lightning protection, and cable management.

CIVIL WORKS

Abanos have a vast experience in Etisalat projects in terms of Civil works such as and limited to the following: • Piling Works • Monopoles Foundations & Maintenance • Excavations • Manholes Casting • Boundary Walls (Bricks, Chain-link & Decorative Fencing).

COST-PLUS RELEVANT WORKS

Abanos have succefuly completed several projects for Etisalat facilities management under the Cost-Plus Contract. Completed projects are of a civil and MEP nature and below are the most recent completed works with relevant SOW: 1. Work Order No. PR 1115976 / EFR02202006- Construction of cable trench at Fujairah Data Center.

Abanos have successfully assembled many Monopoles and antennas of different Heights and types (babtin & tawasol palmTrees & monopoles). Abanos Have Also Managed To Recover/redeploy several etisalat site Assets to etisalat warehouses around uae.
